After making initial contact with JR Web Solutions, through email or by phone, we will collaborate to develop a basic plan for the site, and provide a quote for our services. After a deposit of twenty-five percent is paid, the domain name and host account will be registered.

Next, a planning template will be sent, which will serve as a guide through the entire process, including determining the type of pages and content needed. JR Web Solutions can work with clients to decide the best type of content, but the client is relied upon to develop as much material as possible. This includes any images for the site, which JR Web Solutions can assist with photography.

Once this information is received, the text will be entered into a search engine friendly format, and the images will converted for website use. The pages are then formatted correctly to provide a look and feel that follows the original plan created for the site.

Once the client has approved the website, including content and the design of the site, any necessary changes will be completed.

The site will then be listed with the right search engines, and a quarterly report will be compiled for the client. Any additional changes can be made throughout the contract, which is within the first year.

If a client decides to use an outside consultant to maintain the website in the future, those support services are also available through JR Web Solutions.

Along with the quoted price, the only ongoing cost for the client will be general maintenance of the website, hosting, and the domain registration that is estimated to be $200 to $300 per year for Small to Medium Businesses and POA for larger businesses.
